MLK in Phoenix

So Monday I went down to Margaret T. Hance park for the annual celebration of the MLK holiday. And again I was elated to see so many beautiful black people coming together for a positive reason. Often I hear people complaining that there are no black people here or we can't get together without fighting (and usually that is the case regarding this gathering). But Monday was a day of celebration, a day of diversity, and a day of non-violence. Martin Luther King would have been very proud of this commemoration.
