Suns Not Shining So Bright

To say that the Suns first home game last night against the L.A. Lakers was a disappointment would be an understatement. Many expected this to be an easy victory against our biggest rival. But our team did not gel well.
And adding insult to injust, many of points that contributed to this defeat didn't even come from starting players. It was member of the L.A. bench that drove the nail in the coffin.
The Suns missed almost every shot they took, couldn't get a rebound to save their lives, and didn't seem to sink any free throws. IT WAS SAD.
But I am not giving up on my boys just yet. This season has just started. We had a slow start last year and look how far we went. I'm tossing this in the "They had a bad night" file.
I'm still excited about the season to come. We still have Marion (in spite of his request for a trade), we have Grant Hill in the valley now (damn he's still hot), and we still have two time MVP Steve Nash. There's a lot of power on this team and I'm just waiting for it to be unleashed.
By the way, look where Raja Bell's right hand is headed in this pic. Is it just me?
